She has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and is a career civil servant in the Civil Engineers Corps since 1998.
She has spent her entire professional career at the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, where, after joining in her first position with the General Secretariat for Communications, she has held different responsibilities as Technical Director in the General Directorate of Roads and Director of the Technical Bureau of the General Secretariat for Infrastructure.
She is currently the Government Su-Delegate in the National Toll Motorway Concession Companies.
She has been board member of IMPROASA (Sociedad Inmobiliaria De Promociones y Arriendos, S.A.), as well as of the railway infrastructure administrator ADIF.
