Purpose of the data processing and storage periods

Performance of tasks related to the corresponding procurement file. The personal data will be stored for the time needed to determine any potential liabilities that may result from the processing. Laws on databases of public interest maintained by government agencies apply.

Legal basis

The legal basis for ENAIRE to process the personal data is articles 6.1.b and 6.1.e of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April: it is necessary to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party, and it is in the public interest.

Recipients

Your data may be provided to courts, tribunals, law enforcement agencies, AENA and judicial bodies. Your data is not expected to be transferred internationally.

Rights

Data subjects have a right to:

  • Obtain confirmation of whether ENAIRE is processing their personal data.
  • Consult their personal data, as well as request that inaccurate data be corrected or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer needed to achieve the stated purpose.
  • Request under certain circumstances:
    • To limit the processing of their data, in which case it will only be stored by ENAIRE for the exercise or defence of claims.
    • Object to the processing of their data (including objecting to the processing of their data for automated individual decision-making), in which case ENAIRE will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds, or for the exercise or defence of potential claims.
