Enrique Maurer, ENAIRE's CEO, notes that "with this new call for 150 vacancies, a total of 468 new air traffic controller positions will have been created since 2021. This is a clear commitment by ENAIRE to provide a high-quality service".
ENAIRE has focused a significant part of its efforts on increasing its workforce to meet the needs outlined in its 2025 Flight Plan and the objectives set within it. To this end, it has a reinforced staff that are capable of overcoming today's challenges and facing those that may arise in coming years.
Selection process
The announcement is available on ENAIRE's website.
