ENAIRE has a Central Data Protection Unit (UCPD) which is in charge of managing compliance with data protection regulations, assisting with queries or issues raised, as well as providing assistance in relation to matters related to data protection.

Likewise, as required by the data protection regulations in force, ENAIRE has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPD), who in addition to fulfilling the functions set forth in Article 39 of the RGPD, will be in charge of supervising the actions carried out by the UCPD.
