The ENAIRE Foundation announces a new edition of its Photography Award for 2025

The ENAIRE Foundation has announced the 18th edition of the Photography Prize for 2025, where original works of an artistic nature and of any theme will be recognised, provided they have not received an award in any other competition. 

Every participating artist may submit up to three photographs. The winning works will become part of the ENAIRE Foundation's Collection of Contemporary Art

12,000 euros will be awarded for first prize, 8,000 euros to the second and 5,000 euros to the third.

The Photography Award is structured into two phases that combine digital and physical formats. Photographs entering the competition must be submitted in digital format from 25 February to 7 April 2025 through the registration form available on the ENAIRE Foundation's website.

Out of all the works submitted, the jury will select 30 photographs, which must be presented in the Material Phase on 22, 23, and 26 May 2025, at the location specified by the Foundation. 

In those cases where the artists must produce their work to present it in the physical phase of the prize, the ENAIRE Foundation will collaborate in its production, paying for 50% of the total cost of this process (up to 500 euros per photograph).

From the 30 works presented in this second phase, the jury will select the winning works, as well as the 14 finalists and one Special Mention from PHotoESPAÑA. The jury's decision will be announced from 28 May 2025.

The winning works of the first, second and third prizes from the ENAIRE Foundation, the finalists, and the PhE Mention will participate in a group exhibition as part of PHotoESPAÑA 2025.
