ENAIRE abides by the principles established in the United Nations Global Compact
It is committed to fulfilling, supporting and spreading values with regard to human rights, work, environment and the fight against corruption
ENAIRE, the Public Works Group Company that manages air navigation in Spain, has endorsed the principles in the United Nations Global Compact. This step is part of ENAIRE's commitment with the Corporate Social Responsibility within the framework of its 2020 Strategic Flight Plan.
The aforementioned commitment has been voluntarily made by ENAIRE and implies the application of these values with international standards for all its strategy lines and operations.
The principles of the Global Compact concern four fields: human rights, work standards, environment and anti-corruption:
· Human rights: to support and respect internationally proclaimed human rights: to guarantee there are no accomplices in this field of abuse.
·Work standards: allow freedom and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining; elimination of all types of forced, compulsory and child labour; abolition of job and labour related discrimination..
· Environment: preventively tackle environmental challenges; carry out initiatives to encourage greater environmental responsibility, as well as the development and promotion of friendly environmental technologies.
·Anti-corruption: fight corruption on all its fronts, including extortion and bribery.
As a Company sharing this Global Compact, ENAIRE's whole Society is committed to complying with all these values in its organisation by drawing up and publishing progress reports.
