ENAIRE's Control Centre in Seville managed 41,545 flights in July, an increase of 5%
ENAIRE, the Spanish air navigation manager, closed out the month of July with 41,545 flights controlled by the Seville Control Centre, 4.9% more than in the same period in 2018. Particularly noteworthy was the increase in domestic flights (+11.8%), which totalled 10,527.

Overflights (not taking off from or landing at a Spanish airport) grew by 7.8% (10,269 in July).

ENAIRE's Seville Control Centre manages an airspace of 179,000 square kilometres that covers Andalusia, the province of Badajoz, part of Ciudad Real, Albacete and Murcia, the entire Bay of Cádiz and the entire western Mediterranean, as well as Ceuta and Melilla.

In July 2019, ENAIRE managed a total of 220,719 flights, 2% more than in the same month last year. In addition, the growth in domestic traffic increased by 5.4%, to 41,285 flights. Overflights went up by 6% (2,608 more than in 2018). However, international flights decreased by 0.3% from 133,739 to 133,376.
Cumulative from January to July
ENAIRE has managed 1,238,633 flights so far this year, 4% more than in the same period in 2018.
Through July, the Seville Control Centre managed 245,447 flights, an increase of 7.5%.
