Born in 1979, he is an economics graduate from CEU San Pablo University (2006) and a Trade Technical Officer and State Economist (2009).
He is currently the deputy director-general of sector analysis at the Directorate-General for Economic Policy.
He was previously a financial consultant member of the office of the Ministry of Economy and Competition and has held various positions at the DG Economic Policy and the National Competition Commission.
He has also been a board member of Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos S.A. and Empresa Nacional de Residuos Radiactivos S.A.
