José Ignacio Caro Eisman holds a degree in Law from the Centro de Estudios Universitarios CEU- Luis Vives (attached to the University of Alcalá de Henares) and a diploma in Business Management from CEU- Luis Vives, and has been a member of the Cuerpo Superior de Gestión Catastral (Senior Cadastre Management Board) since 2008.
He has held different responsibilities in the General Directorate of Cadastre (2009-2017) of the Ministry of Finance.
He joined the current Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda in 2017, as an advisory member of the General Technical Secretariat.
Since 1 December 2021 he has been Director of the Property Liability Claims Division at the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda.
