Social Security rewards ENAIRE for effective contribution to reduction in workplace accidents
Yesterday’s event recognised investment and actions in on-the-job accident and occupational disease prevention
The Directorate-General for Social Security Organisation (DG-OSS), via the Colaboradora Fraternidad-Muprespa mutual society, has recognised ENAIRE for making an effective contribution to reducing workplace accidents by investing in occupational risk prevention and implementing a number of effective actions in OTJ accident and occupational disease prevention.

The Bonus award presented today is for the 2014 year and is presented by DG-OSS pursuant to Royal Decree 404/2010. The directorate takes an average of two years to decide in favour or against the incentive. ENAIRE received confirmation on 28 December 2016 that it had been awarded the 2014 Bonus of €90,372.38 and a related accreditation certificate.
The requirements for applying for the bonus include having invested significantly in occupational risk prevention, having paid more than €5,000 in professional contingencies, not exceeding the claims limit, being up to date with payments, having a maximum of two serious or very serious risk-prevention or Social Security penalties, having complied with basic OHSA requirements and having implemented supplementary prevention actions.
