Accessibility Statement
ENAIRE, a state-owned business of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, makes available to its users the ENAIRE website (https://www.enaire.es), through which it plans to provide all relevant communications to users in the most accessible way possible, while at the same time attempting to remove any possible barriers that impede proper access.
To achieve this goal, the ENAIRE website has been developed to comply with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public sector websites and applications for mobile devices.
At the same time, the portal has always aimed to adapt to the applicable standards and regulations on digital accessibility by complying with the level AA conformance requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.enaire.es.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 owing to the exceptions and the lack of conformity of the aspects set out below.
Non-accessible content
Although the portal is under constant review to resolve all the barriers found, the following points are known to be non-compliant with RD 1112/2018 and are not accessible:
a. Non-compliance with RD 1112/2018
The aspects that are not compliant with the accessibility requirements established in standard UNE-EN 301549:2022 are set out below:
- 9.1.1.1 Non-text Content: there is non-text content with a missing, generic or redundant text alternative on several pages.
- 9.1.2.3 / 9.1.2.5 Audio Description: some prerecorded videos do not have a text alternative or audio description conveying the significant visual information.
- 9.1.3.1 Info and Relationships: certain information, structure or relationships cannot be determined programmatically, owing to incorrect heading structures and forms and tables without appropriate semantic markup.
- 9.1.3.4 Orientation: in horizontal orientation on mobile devices, some content and functionality is restricted or inaccessible.
- 9.1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): there is insufficient colour contrast in labels, text over images and error messages.
- 9.1.4.4 Resize Text: when 200% zoom is applied, content and functionality are lost in certain components.
- 9.1.4.10 Reflow: content does not reflow correctly at a width of 320 CSS pixels, causing overflow and overlapping.
- 9.1.4.11 Non-text Contrast: there is insufficient contrast in interface components and graphical elements, such as the pagination icons.
- 9.1.4.12 Text Spacing: when text spacing is increased, the layout of certain components breaks, causing loss of content.
- 9.2.4.2 Page Titled: some pages have an empty or non-descriptive title element.
- 9.2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context): there are links with no accessible name, or with generic text that does not allow their destination to be determined out of context.
- 9.2.5.3 Label in Name: some filter controls have an accessible name that does not contain the visible label text.
- 9.2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum): the touch target area of certain links and controls is smaller than the recommended minimum size.
- 9.3.1.2 Language of Parts: there are changes of language within the content that are not correctly identified using the lang attribute.
- 9.3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: some form fields have labels that are not correctly associated with the actual control.
- 9.4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: there are interface components with no accessible name or with incorrect ARIA attributes.
- 9.4.1.3 Status Messages: certain dynamic content changes, such as calculation or search results, are not notified to assistive technologies.
- There may be isolated editing errors on some web pages, in both HTML content and final documents, published after 20 September 2018 (the date of entry into force of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September).
b. Disproportionate burden
Not applicable.
c. Content not within the scope of the applicable legislation
There may be office files in PDF or other formats published before 20 September 2018 that do not fully comply with all the accessibility requirements. A detailed analysis of the accessibility of downloadable documents did not form part of the main scope of this audit. ENAIRE undertakes to provide its PDF documents in an accessible format to anyone who requests them by email at accesibilidad@enaire.es or by telephone on (+34) 900 929 220.

This accessibility statement was prepared on 23 July 2026.
The method used for this statement was a self-assessment conducted by ENAIRE. An evaluation was carried out by expert review, combining manual analysis and automated tools.

Formal complaints and claims

- The widespread non-compliance of this website with the accessibility requirements

Enforcement procedure
If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been submitted, it is dismissed, the person concerned disagrees with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements laid down in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, they may lodge a formal claim in accordance with Article 13 of that Royal Decree.
A claim may also be lodged if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without a response having been received.
The claim must be addressed to the Unit responsible for accessibility in that area of competence or, if the response was issued by the accessibility unit itself, to its hierarchical superior.
The claim may be submitted through:
