Service Charter

At ENAIRE, quality is one of our core values, guiding our activities and decision-making in order to deliver services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and users, ensuring safety, sustainability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

As part of our commitment to quality, ENAIRE voluntarily draws up its Service Charter, which informs the public about the services entrusted to the organisation, the commitments to ensure their quality, and the rights of citizens and users in relation to these services.

ENAIRE issued its first Service Charter in 2008, and it has been continuously updated to the present day. The 2025–2027 Service Charter is currently in force, having been approved by the Resolution of 27 May 2026 of the Under-Secretariat for Transport and Sustainable Mobility of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, published in Official State Gazette No. 147 of 17 June 2026.

Each year, during the first quarter, ENAIRE conducts and publishes a review of the Service Charter, detailing the degree of compliance with the commitments made in the previous year, identifying any deviations and, where applicable, outlining the corrective measures implemented.

Any member of the public can email us their questions about the ENAIRE Service Charter to informacion@enaire.es. In addition, an email inbox has been specifically set up for clients in the aeronautical sector (airlines, airport operators, pilots and sector organisations), through which they can also get in touch with us: clientes@enaire.es.
