ENAIRE issued its first Service Charter in 2008, and it has been continuously updated to the present day. The 2025–2027 Service Charter is currently being processed, pending a favourable report from the Directorate-General for Public Governance of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, a prerequisite for its approval by resolution of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility and its subsequent publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE).
Each year, during the first quarter, ENAIRE conducts and publishes a review of the Service Charter, detailing the degree of compliance with the commitments made in the previous year, identifying any deviations and, where applicable, outlining the corrective measures implemented.
