Aeronautical easements
Aeronautical easements are considered a crucial tool to ensure safety in aircraft operations in the surroundings of airports and heliports and to preserve the appropriate running of radio installations.
According to Articles 18 and 21.1 of Royal Decree 369/2023 of 16 May, which regulates aeronautical easements for the protection of air navigation and amends Royal Decree 2591/1998 of 4 December, on the planning of airports of general interest and their service areas, in execution of Article 166 of Law 13/1996, of 30 November, on Fiscal, Administrative and Social Order Measures, aeronautical easements shall be established by royal decree or ministerial order and must be subject to public consultation for a minimum period of twenty days.
