Specialised personnel whose main role is to provide air traffic control services. They prevent collisions, speed up and keep air traffic orderly and continuous. They ensure the highest levels of safety.
Service staff

Professionals who support our core activity in various areas. Such as administrative, quality and environmental matters, communication, legal, finance, planning, strategic management and Human Resources.
Maintenance staff

Specialised technicians involved in the activities required for the centralised management and maintenance of all air navigation systems and facilities. Such as automation, communications, power supply, HVAC, navigation or surveillance.
Engineering staff

Engineering technicians specialised in the actions required for the planning, control and standardisation of technical operations. They manage the procurement and distribution of spare parts and equipment. They support the implementation of maintenance programmes.
Operations personnel

Technicians specialised in activities aimed at the proper functioning of the aeronautical information service, aeronautical communications and flight plans, among others.
