ENAIRE has engaged in a joint process with DGAC and AESA to standardise and support the application of the exemption from indirect taxes (VAT/IGIC) for air navigation services provided to airlines, when the requirements specified in the law are satisfied.
In order for airlines to determine and exercise their right to this exemption by filing a "Statement of Compliance", the relevant forms for each case are available at the bottom of this page for those entities that need them.
