As a socially responsible entity, ENAIRE promotes changes together with other actors and third-sector organisations to create a fairer, more equitable and sustainable society. We carry out high social impact initiatives and promote different areas of action.
For disability
We collaborate with Fundación ONCE, CERMI and FEACEM on various initiatives, and launched our grant programme with €1.4 million to support the integration of people with disabilities, achieving 23 projects to date and 975 labour market placements, 200 of them in the aeronautical sector.
For STEAM education for young people
Since 2021, we have collaborated annually with Fundación CapGemini on its socially innovative ideas competition for young people, “Flow to the Future”.
For reducing inequality
In 2023, we created the Aeronautical Solidarity Corner with Aviación Sin Fronteras (ASF), La Matica (AEA Solidaria), Las Sillas Voladoras and Fundación SEPLA-Ayuda to combat poverty, improve education and health, and reduce inequality.
For the circular economy with a social purpose
We recycle bottle caps and clothing to support research into rare childhood diseases and to fight social exclusion.
For gender equality and diversity
We collaborate with organisations that promote gender equality in the aeronautical sector, encourage vocations among children, and support diversity in business.
Campaigns for children, education and emergency response
We collaborate by donating books and toys.
