ENAIRE provides air navigation services to airport operators, who are responsible for managing and operating airports.

ENAIRE currently provides aerodrome control services at 21 control towers across Spain, including those at the two busiest airports: Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas and Barcelona-El Prat, both also ranking among the top ten in Europe by passenger volume. The main role of our air traffic controllers in the towers is to manage taxiing, take-off, and landing manoeuvres, ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic in the airspace surrounding the airport and in the manoeuvring area.
