¹ The authorisation for critical transfer of vaccines must be requested from the AEMPS (Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices) by writing to logvac@aemps.es, according to NOTAM B0623-21 and B0624-21.

When filed as per the procedure, the requested exemption is deemed to be granted, although if its use is not justifiable under the applicable regulation, or if information or details involving the ATFM exemption are not provided when requested by the relevant authority, infringement procedures could be initiated due to the commission of infractions specified in Article 48 b.2.b.7 and 8 of Law 21/2003 of 7 July on Air Safety, without prejudice to other enforcement actions, as well as to the application of other relevant administrative measures.
