Purpose of the data processing and storage periods
The data collected will be processed in order to enable any communication and/or contact with third parties that is required within the remit of the Public Entity. The personal data will be stored for as long as needed to comply with the purpose for which it was obtained, and to determine any potential liabilities that could result from said purpose and from the processing of the data.
Legal basis
The legal basis for ENAIRE to process the data is Article 6.1.e of the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 of 27 April (GDPR): in other words, the public interest.
Recipients
No transfer of data to third parties is planned, except when legally mandated.
The data is not expected to be transferred to third countries or international organisations

Those interested have a right to:

- Access your personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary to achieve the stated purpose.

- You have the right to object to the processing of your data, in which case ENAIRE will cease processing it, except for compelling legitimate grounds or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of possible legal claims, as well as object to the processing of their data for the purpose of automated individual decision-making.
