All contracting by ENAIRE, a public business entity under the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda, is in compliance with the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, equality and non-discrimination. The contracts entered into by ENAIRE shall be governed by the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020 of 4 February, on urgent measures by which various European Union directives in the field of public procurement in certain sectors are incorporated into Spanish law; on private insurance; on pension plans and funds; on tax and tax litigation. If said Law is not applicable, the contracts will be governed by the provisions of Law 9/2017 of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts.
The Profile of the ENAIRE Contractor will be integrated into the Public Sector Contracting Platform, where all information related to the Company's Calls for Tenders will be published, along with their results, https://contrataciondelestado.es.
